The usage of different nature of food in winter like soups are great and these soup can be made ​​at home, such as vegetable soup, corn soup, soup noodles soup,  Children are fond of this soup. Soup gives our body heat. The chicken and egg protein deficit the lack of proteins in our body. Protein helps the children growth. Take the more fruits and vegetables in the winter like inky, orange, grapefruit, guava, apple and use the fruits can be eaten at breakfast and evening time. Vegetables can be eaten just like salad or  make vegetable curry or soup for enjoying. Fruit and vegetables have nutrients that increase our immunity.

It touches our skin, and we have become look fresh.  It contains Less calories and more nutritious  in it. People who want to lose weight; they must also maximize fruit and vegetables. In case of flue or cold infection, Infection take pour warm milk with honey & almond if you have it in good health.

Due to the lack of water in our body we feel pain in our heads and we will be active and will feel fresh if we drink water regular daily upto a level.

Take two glasses of water half an hour before dinner, so it is very good for the health of our stomach. Then we will eat less food and Our weight will be less. In winter, food is very important, because our appetite become extendable up naturally. We eat food that causes excess weight so we should eat slowly.

Our stomach takes 20 minutes to deliver a message to the brain that the stomach is full, so eat slowly and chew chewing food but never drink water during meals. Drinking water at the end of meal is same like Eating the poisoned food.

Kashmiri Tea like consumption in winter. It reduced-fat milk and sugar should be used instead of sugar. Sugars are nutrients which enhance the performance of insulin and diabetes and makes us to save.
