Exercises make us Live Long 

Commonly suppose that if a drug or medicine, by the use of which we extend our ages & lives well for long period, which can make us strong and diligent and protect us from heart and bones diseases and by which our sleep, memory and mood improves better and we are protected from cancer disease and premature death that comes down is a menace, so would we use it? Why not, Yes of course. European research has proved that all of these benefits are included in exercise. Even those of benefit can be gotten from the exercise and it has adopted late in life long. Recently the Japanese twin sisters of 105years old have celebrated their 105th anniversary by planting and began their first anniversary by golf game. They both said that their longevity secrets somehow sure that Someone have to take, even at a daily two-hour walks. According to the health experts, in 1960 early decades, there were more exercise only for more than 50 years older may be harm. But the study of 1980 has proved it all wrong. Workout death ratio may be less by more calories a week and a quantity of it is used. Remember, different hobbies give us, different benefits and we are now all agree that aerobic exercise protects our heart, lungs and brain. Recent study found that the weight-lifting exercises are also better for a middle-aged, just good and important that, just as a young man.
