Sunlight Stops Blood Pressure

Sunlight helps blood pressure risk.

According to the research by the health experts it is found that sunlight may help to reduce high blood pressure which is a danger factor for heart attacks and stroke. By the research, it is found that  the exposure to sunlight alters the level of nitric oxide in the skin, dilating blood vessels and thus easing hypertension. Some of nitric oxide are transferred from the skin to the circulation, lowering blood vessel tone. As blood pressure drops so does the risk of heart attack and stroke. In this regards, the research team has also experienced about heart attack and stroke. the team analysed 25 volunteers who were exposed to ultraviolet light from tanning lamps for two 20 minutes sessions. In one session the volunteers were exposed to both the rays and the heat of the lamps. In the second the ultraviolet light was blocked so that only the  heat of the lamps affected the skin. The findings back up data about blood pressure and cardiovascular disease, which are known to vary according to the season and latitude. It is also explained in the research report that the higher levels are observed in winter and in counties that are father from the equator, where ultraviolet from the sun is lower.
