HOW TO FEED CHILDREN?

Children are innocent and they learn what we teach them. Nutrition is very important for them. Meals with nutrition include the love and affection of mother make the children to grow-up quickly.



Here are some tips of which may be used to make baby to be trained to eat. Keep them away from junk foods , but make the food by hand for them and the taste and aroma must be included from the mother for  her child.

Some of these types of issues are important, such as todays. What should I do that my child does not eat properly? Just keep eating the chocolate and candy only. This is a big issue nowadays for mothers that their child never eats anything properly. Their child's hands are very upset that neither their children nor to eat the nutrition Let rich diet. It is the not the fault of child but proceeding them over is your own fault.

Many mothers give certain items such as chips, eggs, sandwiches , burgers, etc. to their children, but there are not well for them, they must include  limited and vegetables , cereals , bread and rice etc.  necessarily. Why pulses are not used to be eaten to the children. You will have to change yourself for the food habit full of the nutritious for your child. Always remember if you will keep yourself  away from homely made foods like vegetables and pulses this will have  a negative impact on the children.

Due to this criticism children will not like their meal. From the beginning of age, a baby must be addicted for all things / food. Moms must turn things by tasting them, placed on the table. Cleaned your plate and food does demonstrate the them well. Such children will be born manners not only food, but will eat everything in sight. Meal must be given them comfortably into the habit when they are sitting down to eat. Many mothers, like to give their children biscuits or chocolate etc when they are feeling hungry, by doing this, children are not accustomed to nutritious food, but hungry, subsisting on such items are for those who can get different kinds of illnesses. Many mothers are worried about their children that they eat more so that they do not become obese. Appetite for it , then it is important that the child has nutritious diet and during the meals milk or fresh fruit may be given instead of chocolate , candy or chips etc.

Often mothers, lack of time or because of the modern lifestyle make children addicted them to junk foods which caused the homely food not to be eaten by children, they do not show no interest to have homely food and improve their health may remain hidden. Basically, junk foods lead to obesity and various kinds of diseases. In past times, mothers used to have a fun at home by feeding them homely dishes which were unlocked. Enviable it is not only children's health, but also the old mother experiences. children cannot forget the taste of mother’s hands forever. Easing as fast as today's life there are so many beautiful things that have made history of mother and child relationship strong. Mother used the thousands tips to feed her children but now everything is ready-made and available in the market easily which has now break down the homely taste of food. Now there is no kind of love and affection in these types of market food,  that is why children are not interested in homely food and  they like variety street branded items of which they let yourself fill.

There are no more mother who keep the lunch boxes of their children properly and timely  foods full of it when their children leave for school from their homes the food is prepared by them.

Status of being a mother , it is easy for you. It should also be an effort to maximize the child into the habit of eating at home. In this regards, keep your refrigerator ready for this and make food according to your children habit and desire advance and keep them ready in refrigerator, so that they are able to quickly in the event of a child being hungry. Junk foods must be rid of their habit and you will see noticeable difference in their healthy body. This good difference into your child's good health will be watched at their daily routine life and passing of time.

Today is we’ll take care of our child they will return to us in future and it is up to you. Present little work habits and health would improve where there tomorrow for you and her love and care will increase childhood will remind everything that you have done so much for them. Attention and affection from their integral relationship make your children's dietary habits today to give full attention and health standards will try to meet at heart .
