Calories for Body

WHAT ARE CALORIES ?????


Food means to provide energy to our body. When the elements of meal is to be measured  produced by the nutrition of energy are called calories.
The food of human being has be divided into 3 major groups.

i.                   Carbohydrates
ii.                 Proteins
iii.              Fats

Starch
Rice, breads, and potato are found in starch group. Fruits & vegetables are also full of starch.

Proteins
Proteins are found in meat, eggs, cheese, fish and pulses.
Fats

Fats are third major group of food. Fats are made by oil of ghee. Milk and butter are also full of fats. But using so much fats has been the reason of fat. The calories of which we get from fats  are more durable than starch.  To maintain the weight at best level, we must use calories with great care but if we take a lot of calories and then sit of lying, these calories make big fat and sick.
