Women & Sleep

WOMEN NEED MORE SLEEP THAN MEN

According to the research by experts it is intimated that women need more sleep than men.

Because the brain of woman need more rest and sleep to recover after multi tasking and multi mentally working at her daily routine life than a man. Some of women who cannot complete their needful and restful sleep are often deprived and suffered from depression and mentally tensions accordingly. But another hand, these problems could not be found in men due to lack of sleeping.

Due to lack of sleep, affected women are suffered from mental health problems, strokes, mentally depression and inflammation with the body in their actually wake up suffering physical pain too.  As a result the sleepless affected women are advised to avoid themselves from lack of sleep and mentally depression etc.

For the majority of sleep outcomes, we found that completing activities at a regular time better predicted sleep outcomes than the actual time of day that activities were completed. For example people reported better sleep quality and fewer awakenings at night when they were consistent in the time they first went outside. On the other hand for older adults, inconsistent daily schedules were sometimes linked with better sleep the researchers has found.
For instance, older people whose dinnertime varied tended to sleeping time longer at night. And shoes who started home activities or began work at different times each day fell asleep more quickly.

Instead of opening the door to new recommendations or sleep treatments, it is said that the best serves to create questions for future research. The questions about older adults who have more variation in their daily schedules are already healthier and more socially activator whether it is the variety in one’s everyday schedule that provides the activity and stimulation that help ensure good sleep according to the modern research.

At last we know well that good sleep at night is dependent in part on our drive to sleep, which is based on how active and alert we are during the day. That is why greater activity and levels of alertness during the day increase our need to sleep at night well.
