
Cinnamon (A Natural Herb)
Cinnamon is piece of a dried bark of tree know Cinnamon.
It is commonly found in Pakistan, Sri-Lanka and some other countries. Globally the
production of cinnamon has been harvested by growing the tree for two years. The
next year, dozens of shoots are taken from the roots. The Cinnamon has
harvested by barks and is processed by scraping bark, then beating the branch
evenly with a hammer to lose the inside bark.
It has a very thin, smooth bark with a
light-yellowish brown colour and a having highly fragrance. The barks are processed
after harvesting during it is well wet. Once processed, then bark will dry
completely upto 5 hours and provided it ventilated and warm environment.
In Sri-Lanka mechanical devices have been
developed the best quality and worker safety and health, as followed by the
Sri-Lankan.
The barks of Cinnamon, when whole, are easily
distinguished and Cinnamon sticks have many thin layers and can easily be made
into powder using into coffee or spice by grinding, and are used into curry,
and other different kinds of meals to make them very delicious and with full of
fragrance.
Cinnamon, as a warm and dry bark was believed by
doctors in ancient periods to cure snakebites, freckles, the common cold, and
kidney troubles and complexion of women likely pregnant women to produce more
milk in their breasts. Cinnamon can also be used to finish the bad smell of
mouth. It makes our stomach and digestion system better.
Cinnamon is also used to make medicines and to
make better effects of medicines. There are so more advantages of Cinnamon.
