WOMEN SUFFERING FROM SLEEPING PROBLEMS
Now a day sleeping problems
are very common in middle aged women all over the world. Because the quality of sleeping is less than
better. These problems were found in poor quality of life, old chronic sickness
and medication etc.
Actually we think sleeping problems
are the reasons for everything, like hormone, replacing therapy etc. Because
some women of middle aged are mostly suffered in this disease.
Women most often said that
waking up frequently at night. Sixty percent of them had that problem at least
once a week having difficulty falling
asleep and 30 % said that they woke up
too early in the morning on a weekly basis.
Loosing or reducing of women
weight or any other body activity is belong to sleeping problems.
Morning sleepiness is in 45%
and daytime sleepiness by 37%. Sleeping problems are now new for the people of
any age but it seem to be bit more common among middle aged women. According to
the research, hormonal changes about to menstrual or me menopause can be found
to blamed. Alcohol drinking can also be better sleep quality and low falling
asleep during working. It is also stated that
bidirectional association such that obesity may also induce in low
sleeping and short sleep may induce weight gaining and subsequently fats. Due to
sleeping problems complexion interaction depending on factors such physical
fitness, aerobic, exercise and timing etc.
