FAT & OBESITY


 WHY FATNESS / OBESITY ?



There was a time when there are people who were well healthy and strong in the society. They were used pour milk, butter oil, butter and fresh meat of Hilal animals. Not only rich can taken advantages but poor also had have been good health. This was the time when every want to work by own hand not with machine. Each of us were also having good health and exercise with daily routine assignments and had food full of nutrition. And each of us want to meet another daily by walking to one another.

But Now a day there is the time of machine. We are using only machine instead of our hand and travel by vans instead of walking and talk on cell phones to everybody in each field of life. Due to which today we are suffering from fats having fat bombing body. Fat is the causes of so more diseases. Due to adding of weight, blood pressure and paralyzing and the diseases of kidneys are very common today. Fat men or women can attend any kind of social activities. The another one thing is that marriages are not possible due to fatness in Pakistan.

Now  a day fast foods are also the reason of fatness  in Pakistan and abroad. Fast food culture is just like poison. There are a lot of quantity of burger, cakes, pizzas, French fries, and other oily edibles in daily routine meals. These things are contains a lot of calories that become the reasons of fatness. Today we don’t want to move even when we need to TV remote or Air condition  remote, we say others to fetch and on them. Today’s people are fond of self minder. Due to the information technology people are working at home by lying or sitting and there is no movement with them.

Our new generation want to play games only on computers instead of ground by self playing football, hockey and any kind of exercises.

I think cycling or running is the best exercise than all.



We must take exercise daily before going to office/school or any place.
The usage of meat must be at lower level in our daily meals.  We must do such as activities in which salts can be expelled. We should also play games and take participate in social activities and make our daily routine life fresh and healthy.
