Depression ???

 

When some comes on this world in during born. He passes through 5 steps. 1. Childhood, 2. Boyhood, 3, Young hood,  4. Youth hood,  5. And Older. These are very beautiful steps. When some passes through these five steps and reaches upto 4^th steps and then the last step is Old age. He loses his some energy and find another one to move.

Youth means a fresh minded person in which has some most important abilities to do something. Even when there is a great difference among the person whose have different shape, thought, and approach as it is preferred. Even that a person born having some better abilities or having some negative acts. Similarly there are also different causes of just like fear etc. in youth. But after reaching upto younger level he does not feel any kind of fear.

Depression is fallen on someone when he cannot face difficulties of life. Some like patients sleep for very lower time and they loses any kind of hope and feel that our life is just like big mount in this world. Someone suicide when suffering from depression.  According to a research, there are 35 billion people suffered from depression on the world.

The ratio of  Depression in Pakistan and West is same like. Actually when there was a joint family system in a society and the percentage of depression was upto very lower level but when now there is no old family system and each person like to live alone and they are also faced different kinds of difficulties in society. For example No employment after completion of Education, especially today everybody become to be a rich person and sees richer dreams.

Another thing in the world side by side in Pakistan is the usage of Drugs. Now a day there is a large number of negative persons having negative thought whose want to become earlier rich. But they don’t care of good or bad and find the ways to get money.

At last I would like to ad that the main thing for the patient of depression is that, they must keep positive thought and images and keep them away from any kind of tension, etc and must share their positive responses & thoughts to everyone and should be remained with joint family system. According to positive thoughts and images they must also take prayers and remain with good friendly atmosphere too. In this regards games are also best of all and take keen interest in their studies not for getting best job but only for becoming a civilized and best person in society.
