healthy both we can perform our daily routine duties well. But if we
have not so as we cannot…..

are some good points to be a good and healthy body.
First
of all five time prayers is the best way to be a healthy and strong body. Due to
prayers our blood pressure also remains in better level and we feel freshness
and free of any kind of anxiety.
Protect
them from tea, coffee, and any other drinks in which Cafeen is found. Due to
the usage of cafeen someone can also become a depression patient and his age is
grown upto to older age promptly.
Due
to not taking proper sleep is also become the causes of laziness and
troublesome for someone. Therefore we must sleep permanently upto 8 hours
daily, so that we can also perform better in our daily routine life.
Keep
ourselves away from the more fatness and
oil. Due to fatness, we are warned through blood pressure. According to a
modern research, that the usage of olive oil keep the cholesterol at a better
level and there are no more chances of heart attack.

being used as treatment which keeps us healthy and well strong. It is called
aroma therapy. In this regards, the fragrance of roses are the most better.
Daily
8 glasses of water is also advised us by physical. But keep in mind that no
other drinks must be used than water. Daily
exercise and uses of fruits and vegetables are so well to become healthy and
well strong having good body colour. But in winter we must keep ourselves in
sunlight to get vitamin D, which is very suitable for our boons. Proteins can
be taken from pulses not from the meat of animals.
At
last we must remain clean and clear having good and clear clothes etc.
